EVENT INFORMATION:

– 10:00-11:30AM REGISTRATION $155.00 PER PERSON

– 10:30-11:45AM DRIVING RANGE INCLUDES LUNCH, 18 HOLES OF GOLF W/CART

– 10:45-11:45AM BBQ LUNCH ON THE PATIO BEVERAGE, SNACK CART, DINNER, RAFFLE

– 12:00 PM SHOTGUN START

– 6:00PM- DINNER – INCLUDES

OPEN BAR, 50/50, RAFFLES AND PRIZES

$75.00 PER PERSON- FOR DINNER ONLY

*A portion of the proceeds from this event goes towards the DIA-OFA scholarship fund

DRESS CODE- All players are required to wear sleeved shirts in good condition and pants, slacks, shorts (no denim) or skirts

in good condition. Please note that tank tops, swim wear, cutoffs, and gym shorts are not acceptable.

RENTAL CLUBS- Any players needing rental clubs will need to contact the Polo Fields, directly for availability and payment.

The DIA-OFA will NOT cover any rental costs.
